The Rom Flasher tool

Rom Flasher is a free Android app that flashes the other phone. One phone runs the tool, a USB-OTG cable joins the two, and the app drives fastboot, recovery and sideloading for you.

No PC, no Termux, and no typing commands into a black window.

What it does

• Flashes fastboot ROMs and custom images (boot, init_boot, super, vbmeta)
• Sideloads ROMs, GApps and Magisk from recovery
• Backs up and restores IMEI / EFS and kernels, and rescues a boot-loop
• Pulls region-wise stock ROMs without leaving the app
• Roots with KernelSU or Magisk, debloats, and shows the real device info
• Keeps a live command log, so a failure can be pasted into a support thread

What it is not

• It cannot unlock a bootloader — only the manufacturer can do that
• It is not a Windows program; it runs on the phone itself
• It is free, with no sign-in and nothing to type in
