DyperOS 3 on POCO X7 Pro CN HyperOS, No Chinese Bloat
Part of POCO guides, HyperOS guides, 2025 guides.
DyperOS 3 on the POCO X7 Pro is a fastboot ROM built on the Chinese HyperOS base, with English as the default and the usual Chinese system apps stripped out. You flash it from a PC with the installer that comes in the package, choose clean flash, and let the phone boot. Play Store shows as uncertified on first boot, and the fix for that is already inside the ROM.
The video starts muted so it does not blast at you — tap the speaker to hear it, or open it on YouTube.
Let me guess why you are here. You wanted a China-base build because it gets new things early, and the last one you tried handed you half English, half Chinese, plus a pile of system apps you could not get rid of. DyperOS 3 takes that same base and goes the other way. English on every screen I opened, and none of the usual Chinese apps waiting for me after setup.
It is a fastboot ROM for the POCO X7 Pro, codename RODIN, built by @Fiqih_wijaya and dated December 20, 2025.
What is actually inside this build
- Decrypt, with the system fully read-write
- schedutil set as the default CPU governor
- A thermal mod that only kicks in for tgame and wildboost modes
- Multilanguage, with English as the default everywhere
- Modded system apps, including Launcher, ThemeManager and AppVault
- Dsv and Corepatch, secure flag disabled
- Game spoof, plus KaoriToolBox for the rest of the spoofing
- Gboard with the enhanced keyboard options enabled
- Root, optional, and asked about during the install
None of that is a screenshot promise. I went through the settings and the app drawer, and the language was English the whole way.
What you need before you start
- A POCO X7 Pro. RODIN only, not a package for any other model.
- The DyperOS 3 fastboot package from the download link.
- A Windows PC, a USB cable you trust, and a phone above half charge.
- The ADB and fastboot driver, so the PC actually sees the phone in fastboot.
- A backup, because this is a full fastboot flash and internal storage goes.
Step 1 - unpack the ROM and open the installer
Unpack the package on your PC and open the DyperOS installer inside it. Because this is a fastboot build, all the work happens on the computer, not in a recovery menu on the phone. Get the folder sorted before you plug anything in.
Step 2 - choose clean flash
When the installer asks, pick clean flash. Do not dirty flash this one. The base moved enough that carrying old data across is asking for strange behaviour on the first boot, and a clean install is not long enough to be worth that risk.
Step 3 - answer the root question now, not later
The installer asks whether you want root before it starts, which is the right way round. Decide then. Root is optional here, but a few of the tweaks in this build expect it, so if you plan to use them, say yes at the prompt rather than trying to bolt it on afterwards.
Step 4 - let it run and let it boot
Then keep your hands off it. Let the flash finish, and let the phone boot on its own. The first boot after a full flash takes longer than a normal restart, so give it the time instead of tapping the screen to check on it.
Step 5 - fix the Play Store certification
After setup, the Play Store will probably say the device is not certified. That is expected here, not a sign the flash went wrong. Open KaoriToolBox, which is part of the ROM, and run the integrated fix. After that all three integrity checks pass and Play behaves normally.
The honest bits
- Play Store starts uncertified. The fix lives inside the ROM, and it takes a minute.
- Payment apps are the grey area. One UPI app hung on verifying for me, and a second one worked fine. Which one you use decides how that goes.
- Root is optional, but some of the tweaks want it. If you do not need it, skip it and keep the setup plain.
Who should install this
This suits you if you want a China-base ROM without the language mess, you like having a system you can actually write to, and you do not mind running one fix in KaoriToolBox after boot. It is also a solid pick if you like the modded launcher and theming side of things.
Hold off if your payment apps are the most important thing on your phone and you cannot tolerate one of them stalling on verification. Wait and see how other users get on with the same apps before you commit.
The PC side of this is where most people slow down, mostly around drivers. The free Rom Flasher tool on GitHub bundles the ADB and fastboot driver setup so you are not digging through Device Manager at midnight. It is free, and the link sits in the downloads section with the ROM.

Full description from the video
DyperOS 3 for the POCO X7 Pro, built on the Chinese HyperOS 3.0.3.0.WOJCNXM base - and this time the Chinese apps and the Chinese language are gone.
A CN base usually means Chinese text sneaking into random corners of the system. Not here. Every screen I opened defaulted to English, and none of the usual Chinese system apps were waiting for me. The build is decrypt plus fully RW, the system apps are modded - launcher, ThemeManager, AppVault and friends - and KaoriToolBox is included for spoofing. You'll need it once Play Store says the device isn't certified. Payment apps are the one grey area. One UPI app hung on verifying for me, a second one worked fine. This is a fastboot ROM, so the installer does the work from the PC.

Common questions
Is DyperOS 3 really free of Chinese apps?
Yes, that is the point of this build. It uses the Chinese HyperOS base but defaults to English everywhere, and the usual Chinese system apps are not waiting for you after setup. You get the early updates from the base without the language mess.
Why does Play Store say my device is not certified?
The build starts uncertified, which is normal for a modified ROM. The fix is already inside the package, in KaoriToolBox. Run the integrated fix once and all three integrity checks pass.
Can I install DyperOS 3 without a PC?
Not this one. It is a fastboot ROM, so the installer runs on the computer and pushes the images across the cable. You do not need Termux or a recovery menu, but you do need the PC.
Will flashing DyperOS 3 wipe my data?
Yes. A fastboot flash writes the full image and resets internal storage. Copy your photos and files off the phone first, and expect the setup wizard on first boot.
Should I choose root when the installer asks?
Only if you have a reason to. Root is optional, and a few tweaks in the build expect it. If you are not using those tweaks, skip root and keep the setup simple.
Before you flash
- Back up everything you would miss — unlocking and flashing usually wipe the phone.
- Check the file is built for your exact model and region.
- Keep a PC and a working cable around so a bootloop can be recovered.
